HOTEL ZLATA HVEZDA PRAGUE **** "Golden Star". This "charming" hotel is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Prague in Lesser Town, straight on the "Royal Route" in the famous Nerudova Streeet and very close to the main entrance to Prague Castle (Hradcany). The first written notes take back to 1372 when the house was owned by the Mayor of Hradcany. During 1723 - 32 when owned by the official of Czech Royal Chamber Baltazar Knapp, the house got through reconstructions that put it in today's shape. The recently finished reconstruction in 2001 preserved the original architectural elements and married them carefully with facilities of modern life. Golden Star offers you luxury and authenticity. All rooms are equipped with wooden furniture of the period and provide facilities as satellite TV, mini bar, telephone, safe deposit box, and bathroom with hair dryer.
