HOTEL U CERVERNEHO LVA **** "The house at the red lion". This "charming" hotel is situated in the historical center of Prague in Lesser Town, straight on the "Royal Route" and very close to the main entrance to Prague Castle. The first historical written notes date back to the 15th century. This historical burger house has recently been truly restored. The most remarkable is the house façade that is particularly unique being connected with the 17th century's famous painter Peter Brandl who was born and died in this house. Due to the demanding reconstructions the house offer the guests rooms in several styles. Guests can admire the restaurant in the ground floor under the renaissance ceiling and on the basement floor Gothic vaults. Hotel rooms offer authenticity of history and are furnished with original furniture. There is satellite TV, mini bar, telephone, safe deposit box, and bathroom with hair dryer in each room.
